	Florida Gulf Coast has a Word 2000 tutorial that is very comprehensive - It includes making Web Pages, Macros, Styles and Tables of Contents.  Older tutorials are fine since changes with newer versions seem to be mostly in the super fancy features which CIS100 does not cover.
