Web Course Project Expectations

This is the summer, so every student's  major objective is to have fun! Learning new things is fun especially computer web building that enables each individual to express his/her creativity and individuality.

It is expected that a simple Tripod Trellix site that contains multiple pages, graphics, links to other sites and some fun Web Gems will have been developed. 

The thrust of the course is FrontPage and the more sophisticated sites that can be developed.  The resulting HTML has been examined and occasionally modified.  Thus each student's the final product would be a site that demonstrate an understanding of the application of  :

  • various fonts

  • images

  • hyperlinks (text and graphic)

  • tables

  • a form using radio buttons, check boxes, text boxes, drop down(s), scrolling text boxes

  • dynamic html effect

  • themes, text roll over effect, backgrounds

  • sound

  • good navigation
